1. Agreement

By accessing https://cognitivecomms.digital or engaging CognitiveComms Career Support (“we”, “us”) for employment consulting, interview preparation coaching, salary negotiation coaching, or related consultations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.

2. Services

We provide professional coaching and consulting for career conversations in Germany. Descriptions on this site are informational. A confirmed email engagement sets the specific scope, fees, and session schedule. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or recruitment/placement services.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about roles, interviews, and offers; attend scheduled sessions on time; and use materials we provide for your personal career preparation only. Outcomes of interviews and negotiations remain outside our control.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, coaching frameworks, and written notes we produce remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal licence to use session notes for your own job search. You may not resell, republish, or deliver our materials as your own coaching product.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit malicious content through forms, or use our brand to imply endorsement of third-party services without written consent.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. This website does not process payments. Invoices are issued according to the agreed engagement. Refund and cancellation rules are described on our Refunds page.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including failed interviews, declined offers, or salary outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in Hamburg shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
