2. Data we collect
We may collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone), message content from forms, consultation preferences, CV and application materials you send, session notes, and technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookies policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver coaching services, improve our practice operations, comply with legal obligations, and — where you consent — measure site analytics. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a consultancy, legal obligation, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
4. Retention
Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files (CVs, session notes, invoices) are retained up to 6 years where required for commercial and tax record-keeping in Germany, then deleted or anonymised. 5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors who host email, video conferencing, or site infrastructure under appropriate agreements, and with authorities when legally required. We do not share your materials with employers.
6. International transfers

Our services are directed at adults seeking professional employment support. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Updates
We may update this policy by posting changes on this page. Significant changes affecting ongoing clients will be communicated by email where appropriate.
