Why this work exists
German hiring processes reward concrete ownership and calm structure. Many capable candidates underperform because their stories stay abstract, or because compensation talks feel culturally unfamiliar.
We started as a focused coaching practice in Hamburg Ohlsdorf to address those two moments — the interview and the offer — without turning career support into a sprawling programme of unrelated modules.
