How we work together

  1. Role briefing You share the job description, your CV, and what you already know about the interview format. We identify gaps between the posting and your recent work.
  2. Evidence workshop Together we build concrete examples from your projects, using language that German hiring panels recognise — responsibility, constraints, results, and collaboration.
  3. Live rehearsal Timed practice for screening and main interviews. Feedback covers structure, clarity, and how you handle silence or follow-up probes.
  4. Closing plan You leave with revised answers, questions to ask the panel, and a short practice routine for the days before the interview.

Preparation

Send the job posting, your current CV, and any interview invitation details at least three business days before the first session. If the interview will be in German, note your preferred working language for coaching.
